My Goal Today is: I will learn the muffin method techniques for mixing ingredients. Muffin / Biscuit Method Activity Directions: Cut strips apart and place in Biscuit Method “pile” or Muffin Method “pile”. Then sort according to correct procedure. Tape to construction paper and label with kitchen # and class period. Place in grading basket. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Combine liquid and dry ingredients together in one bowl.
