Development of mathematical models and analysis methods for performance estimation of Internet of Things infrastructure under dynamic device relocation. Breakthrough Research Continuing the development of research begun in 2016, it is also planned Development of devices movement patterns in wireless 5G networks, taking into account mobility statistics for estimating the level of interference, caused by moving devices, and the associated probabilistic characteristics of the radio channel unavailability periods. Construction of evolution equations for the mean values of statistical quantum operators describing the state of an electron gas in graphene. Expected scientific results For typical scenarios of user interaction in 5G networks with support for D2D connections and Internet of things, an analysis will be made of the characteristics of the signal to interference ratio, as well as related quality indicators, in terms of random processes. A kinetic equation will be derived for the change in the probabilistic characteristics distribution function of the wireless network. For the marginal distribution, the evolution equation and the equations of the evolution of the moments that follow from it will be obtained. Scientific results will be published in high-rating journals and reported at international high-level scientific conferences
