BWHO (Access) -> People Institutes Experiments
BWHO database now frozen
secretariat being trained in PIE
PIE database being checked for completeness
Web needs to point to PIE/Greybook pages
scheduled for completion: end july

4. Collaboration database (documents)
BWHO (Access) -> Weblib
Weblib filled automatically from BWHO
password protection possible
secretariat to be trained in Weblib
Web needs to point to Weblib pages
scheduled for completion: end july

5. Mailing lists
Mailing lists created automatically after migration to PIE
list addresses will change:
->
autoforwarding from old to new addresses
messages on existing archive will be moved to the archive of the new lists
Timescale: 2nd week of august

6. Web server Use central CERN web service
Frontpage 2000 used to migrate pages (supports multi level subwebs)
Licenses available for (outside) CERN users
Links, shared borders to be checked
Web addresses to be moved; (lhcb.cern.ch, lhcbw3.cern.ch, lhcbweb.cern.ch, cern.ch/lhcb/ etc.)
