3. WHAT IS BOT?
The government will support the proponent through some form of guarantee (not bank guarantee). In as far as road construction is concern, traditional form of guarantee provide by government is to maintain minimum traffic volume (toll point) for the investor to generate sufficient revenue to recoup its monies including profits before the asset is transferred to the state.
