5. Senior Pictures
Lifetouch has agreed to come and take Senior pictures for any student who missed the opportunity to have them made at the beginning of the year

6. STAAR EOC Testing
STAAR EOC Testing season will begin next week. If you have not passed one or more of your STAAR EOC tests, please arrive on your scheduled test day to take them. If you do not know if you are EOC complete, any of your STARS teachers will be able to tell you. Students who have not passed any of the EOCs will need to make plans to come to tutoring when their subject is offered.
April 9th: English I April 11th: English II
May 7th: Biology May 8th: Algebra 1
May 9th: US History
Students should arrive at 8:00am on testing days.

7. TSI Testing
Students who attend COMPASS Academy have the option to take the TSI test for college entrance one time free of charge. If the student does not pass any portion of the test, he or she will be charged $5 for each section that they failed. If on the second attempt the student does not pass all portions, he or she will need to go to the junior college of their choice to take the test. Available dates to test:
April 16th - 17th
May 15th - 16th
These are the only available testing dates left for the 2019 school year at Compass.

8. Project Graduation & Prom
Our students are welcome to attend both the Project Graduation Senior Trip to Six Flags, as well as the Junior-Senior Prom.
Dates to remember:
April 22nd: Sign up deadline for Project Graduation Senior Trip
TBA: First day of online ticket sales
Out of district approval forms: Turned in to Mrs. Coward or Mr. Pikes by 4/26
April 26th: Project Graduation Senior Trip permission slip to Mrs. Merciers
May 4th: Prom
May 20th: Project Graduation Senior Trip to Six Flags

Each STARS student gets 3 free tickets
Additional tickets can be purchased for $6
May 6th: deadline for RSVP to banquet
