Civil Aviation & Safety Authority (Cth) No licence/certification needed if under 2kg (subject to CASA notification) Operation subject to standard operation conditions Can only fly during the day RPA must be within visual line of sight RPA cannot be flown at a height of more than 120m above ground level RPA must be kept at least 30m away from other people, 5.5km away from controlled aerodrome, restricted areas and other areas in which it is likely to cause a hazard Cannot be flown over area affecting public safety or where emergency operations are underway without prior approval Only one can be flown at a time Remote Pilot’s Licence & Remote Operator’s Certificate required in all other circumstances Can I fly there?
