IUCLID report generator: available on IUCLID homepage specific report for confidentiality claims easy to use and fast choice of format: pdf, rtf or csv (excel) ECHA support available ECHA will process backlog from June 2017 until end of November 2017 and send the reports to the CAs after which will no longer provide the reports Next steps: ECHA plan to submit a paper for the January 2018 CA meeting

6 BPRS-3 key results: The meeting took place on 9-10 November 2017 within the ECHA premises Agenda: Adoption of the Forum Multiannual Work Programme Establishment of the Forum WG on the Activity Programme 2019+ The BPRS decided to organize an open session with ASOs (date to be defined) First BPRS ‘Training for Trainers’ to be focused on Treated Articles Presentation of Switzerland’s national BPR enforcement policies and activities

7 BPRS-3 key results: First enforcement project selected by the BPRS on Treated articles. Focus on active substances approved/included in the review programme; labelling according to Article 58 of the BPR Preparatory phase 2018/operational phase 2019 Project will include inspection of non-approved active substances used to treat articles illegally placed on the EU market The BPRS agreed to use the methodology for the management of enforcement projects (to be revised in line to the BPR)

8 Next steps Next BPRS meeting will take place on 16 March 2018 (BPRS-4)
Key items: Updates on the first BPR enforcement project (draft manual) the first BPR Training for Trainers 2018 the operational phase of REF-6 on Classification and Labelling – BPR module Discussion on the draft conclusions of the Practical Issues on Article 95 and Article 3.3 of the BPR Presentation of outcome of the survey to be run among NEAs to gather information on national enforcement activities
