March 2007 doc.: IEEE /0379r1 July 2007 Ad Hoc Operation Submission based Submissions should reference submitted comments Submissions may be either solicited or unsolicted We will only review individual comments upon request of members Agenda for meetings Will be determined by ad hoc chair and announced in advance as much as possible Priority will be (high to low): solicited submissions unsolicited submissions General comments Resolving comments Proposed comment resolutions will be voted in ad hoc Percentage approval for each resolution will be noted Goal is to reach 75% or higher agreement Chair will make motions in TGn regarding comment resolution of behalf of ad hoc Will ask prior consent of ad hoc for resolutions that were approved with simple majority Naveen Kakani, Nokia Inc Jim Petranovich, Conexant Systems Inc.
