Think about my body language, tone of voice, facial expression as well as actions What triggers this? What might make me feel like this, including the environment that I am in. How can I be supported to stay get back to green? What can you do for me, what can you ask other to do, what can you ask me to do?

4 Red What Do I Look Like? What triggers this?
A detailed description of what I look like and what I do when I am angry, cross, and displaying behaviours that put me or others at risk. What triggers this? What might make me feel like this, including the environment that I am in. How can you help me and others stay safe? How can you keep me and others safe, and allow me to calm.

5 How can I be to get back to Green?
Blue What Do I Look Like? What might I look like after a ‘red’ moment. What will my mood be like, will I be sad, will I be apologetic? How can I be to get back to Green? How is best to approach me in this stage, that will allow me to get back to green in a quick but safe way.
