Clarify decision-making authority (governance)

What concerns do you have regarding the relationship?

Draft a document with key elements of your working relationship agreement that you can reference and hold yourselves accountable to.

Be clear about where each of your authority begins and ends. Are there any parameters to the decisions the ED can make on their own?
