Utilize Model Schools to increase understanding of rigor and relevance in the classroom
Utilize PBIS to provide and promote high expectations
Active community partners that provide students with supplies, supplemental meals, field trips, and celebrations
Provide inviting and safe environment for students and parents

3. Sharing Our GROWS All Schools: Promote and grow parent involvement
Increase student achievement and growth
Increase student attendance by providing incentives for regular attendance
Utilize Attendance Task Force to monitor building attendance and discuss strategies for increasing attendance
