1 Port of St Helens Formed in 1940 Five Commissioners – Robert Keyser Board President 9 full time & 3 temp employees - Patrick Trapp Exec Dir Working Budget: approx $20 MM–just under $4MM Revenue anticipated for FY-12/13 Approx 2400 acres of light & heavy Industrial property spread over 9 sites. Own & operate Scappoose Bay Marine Park & Scappoose Airpark. District encompasses all land for a depth of about 6 miles inland from the banks of the countys 51 mile long Columbia River frontage (comprises just under half of the countys land area, approx two thirds of the population) & includes Scappoose, St Helens, Columbia City, Prescott, Rainier and Clatskanie.
