Psalms 103:3-5 exuberantly disclose the poet’s life story in the sphere of God’s saving activity.
In Psalms 103:6-18 the poet’s thought expands outwardly to the community.

12 Moses said to the Lord, “You have been telling me, ‘Lead these people,’ but you have not let me know whom you will send with me. You have said, ‘I know you by name and you have found favor with me.’ 13 If you are pleased with me, teach me your ways so I may know you and continue to find favor with you. Remember that this nation is your people.” (Exod 33:12-13)

14 The Lord replied, “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
15 Then Moses said to him, “If your Presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here. (Exod 33:14-15)
5
16 How will anyone know that you are pleased with me and with your people unless you go with us? What else will distinguish me and your people from all the other people on the face of the earth?” 17 And the Lord said to Moses, “I will do the very thing you have asked, because I am pleased with you and I know you by name.” (Exod 33:16-17)

12 Be careful not to make a treaty with those who live in the land where you are going, or they will be a snare among you. 13 Break down their altars, smash their sacred stones and cut down their Asherah poles. 14 Do not worship any other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God. (Exod 34:12-14)

12 How can I repay the LORD for all his goodness to me?
13 I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD. 14 I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all his people. 16 O LORD, truly I am your servant; I am your servant, the son of your maidservant; you have freed me from my chains. (Psalms 116:12-14, 16)

7 He made known his ways to Moses, his deeds to the people of Israel (Ps 103:7)
19 I will be gracious unto whom I will be gracious. (Exod 33:19)

13 As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;
14 for he knows how we are formed, he remembers that we are dust. (Psalms 103:13-14)
10
15 As for man, his days are like grass, he flourishes like a flower of the field;
16 the wind blows over it and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more. 17 But from everlasting to everlasting the LORD’s love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children’s children— 18 with those who keep his covenant and remember to obey his precepts. (Psalms 103:15-18)
11
In Pslams 103:19-22 the psalmist’s praise ascends above the individual and social experience to the cosmos, over which God is enthroned in transcendent majesty. 19 The Lord has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all. 20 Praise the Lord, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word. (Psalms 103:19-22)
12
21 Praise the Lord, all his heavenly hosts, you his servants who do his will.
22 Praise the Lord, all his works everywhere in his dominion. (Ps 103:19-22)
