Product consists of 2 parts: 1: Ex-Heating device - Supplier - Certificate 2: Metal construction Case A: Manufacturer buys a heating device from a supplier, build the metal construction, put the 2 parts together and place the product on the market under his name. Case B: User buys a heating device from a supplier, build the metal construction, put the 2 parts together and use it. Question: What is the correct conformity assessment procedure of the manufacturer and the user? What are the criteria? What is an installation?
