Explain the motivation for, and significance of, the Berlin Conference in regards to African Nations during the 1800’s. Give a modern day example of how an African country, positive OR negative, is still influenced by the effects of imperialism. Address whether this effect had a social or economic impact on the region and identify what colonial power benefited from colonizing this region of the African continent.
