Patrol administrators will be assisted by having eligible reports containing all the required detail without the need to refer back to a patroller for clarification.

Training. Contrary to what some might think all patrollers, both young and not-so-young take up this technology with open minds and rapid acceptance of what it offers.
Easily taught and easily learnt, your patrollers will be underway with ERS after only a couple of hours tuition.
You will be supported by the developer for as long as you keep using your ERS.

Your Investment
As at April 2019, the expected costs to participate in ERS are as follows:
To supply a suitable internet connected tablet, supply and setup of your ERS on that device, 12 months of full ERS service and a phone plan for your connection. $

If you already have suitable device the investment reduces to:
Licence setup fee $300 (one-off)
Annual licence $300
Phone plan (your option)
ERS App (Free from Apple or Android stores)

If you use more than one ERS in a patrol, the setup and the annual licence fee both reduce by $100 for each additional ERS licence you purchase.

A bit of a techie explanation of the ERS….
The ERS consists of a single large database containing all the records of all the patrols using it. This database in hosted in the cloud and is provided by the Zoho Corporation. When a patroller uses the app, they are logged in using their patrol’s address. From then on, the user only gets to see data pertaining to that one patrol. The app caters for every user in exactly the same way. As we all share a single database, you may see some things that are not applicable to your patrol. Don’t worry, just ignore them and use what you need to from the app. If you have a need for something that’s not available, let us know and we’ll see if it’s something that others might want as well.
The developers have created additional apps such as training, vehicle gear checks and GPS tracking. These will released to all users once testing is completed. You can have a full system supplied within 48 hours of ordering. This includes the tablet, licence and data plan all done for you. Ready to add your local data and use immediately.
