17. 3. DBBT at the University of Banja Luka
Law on the high education of the Republic of Srpska, article 26, paragraph 4, states that procedure of licencing, prescribed by the articles and 20. of this law, is the actual procedure of the initial accreditation as given in paragraph 3, item a), of this article.
Article 26, paragraph 3, item a) states that accreditation procedure is performed for newlyestablished HEIs and study programs, and is intended to establish/verify that minimum recquired conditions are met, in accordance with valid/effectve standards and criteria, prescribed by procedures for quality assurance.
