Up to 5 additional analytic sales pages
New subject areas to support the Service capabilities with Engagement Cloud. Also new subject areas to support Partner objects like MDF (Market Development Fund) and Business Plans.
Hierarchy support allows you to join custom subject areas with out of the box subject areas and include the hierarchical support.

Other new subject areas: CRM Business Plan Objectives split out into several areas, CRM Oppty Campaign, CRM Contact Resource
Join Standard and Custom Subject areas – previously supported for Accounts and Contacts. Now extended to Leads, Assets and Activity.

4. R12 - Enable Analytics Sales Pages
To enable the sales analytics pages:
From the Navigator menu, select Tools – Structure and click Set System Options.
In the Set System Options dialog box, select the number of sales pages that you want to show on the home page.

5. Session Variables and Functions
Session Variables - Specific to the session or the user that is logged in
Examples: User, Manager, Territory, Currency
Repository Variables - Same for all users, but changing over time
Examples: Current Month, Day, Year

6. Session Variables and Functions
Aggregate - perform operations on multiple values to create summary results.
Examples: Avg, Count, Min, Max
Running Aggregate - takes a set of records as input, but instead of outputting the single aggregate for the entire set of records, they output the aggregate based on records encountered so far.
Examples: Moving Avg, Moving Sum, Running Avg, Running Sum
Time Series - operate on time-oriented dimensions
Examples: Ago, To Date, Period Rolling
