4 Features Automated Scheduling Machine Learning Eval
Automated scheduling system for interviews. Interviewer uploads available schedule, candidates can pick timeslots. Machine Learning Eval Assessments and applications are assessed using machine learning and text processing. Applications will be further reviewed by humans due to the variance in resumes. Assessments can be automated. Backtracking History Due to GEICO hiring people early and promoting from within, can track performance over time and correlate that back to hiring, to feed better hiring decisions. Automated Assessments Automatically send out and process assessments. Assessments sent out after video interview if HR clicks yes. Assessments results are uploaded by candidate to our portal which then scores it automatically using AI and then sends out next round interview invite.
