The following choice board includes a variety of ways for your child to practice his/her spelling words. Each student is required to choose 2 activities to complete for homework. Please have your child color the 2 boxes for the activities they have chosen and return their signed choice board and completed work on Friday, March 22.
Comic Strip Spelling
Make a comic strip using at least 10 of your spelling words.
Fancy Fonts
Type each spelling word on the computer using a word processing program. Use a different font for each spelling word. Don’t forget to print it.
Practice Test
Have a parent or sibling give you a written practice test of your spelling words. Write the words you missed 3 times on the back.
Basketball Spelling
Spell each spelling word while bouncing a basketball. Bounce one time for each letter in the word.

Go to to create and print a word find using all of your spelling words. Be sure to highlight or circle each of the words.

Letter to a Friend
Write a letter to a friend using at least 10 of your spelling words. Underline each spelling word.

Write your words in ABC order.
Rainbow Write
First, write each word in pencil. Then, trace over each word in at least three different colors.
