2. Action plan WP5.3 RI’s Objectives:
Enable reuse of research infrastructures for:
return on investment
new opportunities for innovative research
In JPIAMR context, RI’s include:
Collections and associated databases / biobanks
‘non sample’-databases
Services and facilities to manage / process / use d&c
To reach the objectives:
Web portal for RI’s for AMR research (=milestone 19)
Deliverables: shared knowledge & best practices in biobanking & data sharing
JPIAMR projects (=D5.3)
AMR in general (=D5.4)
Del’s/MS will be implemented in an AMR RI web portal,
that will support researchers by:
Providing an overview of RI/d&c relevant for AMR
Providing guidance for data management (FAIR principles)
D5.3 - Tailored dissemination of shared knowledge and best practices in biobanking and data sharing generated from JPIAMR projects and activities.
D5.4 - Tailored dissemination of best practices on biobanking and data sharing relevant to AMR.
Guidelines and support for rdms (=D5.3, 5.4)
Start at the endpoint: the platform for AMR RI, which will be the implementation of the infrastructure web portal (=m19)

The deliverables will be implemented as guidelines & support (on basis of best practices from jpiamr-projects) on the platform,
In other words: we show/use on one hand what we gained from our jpiamr projects (=D5.3), and on the other hand what we facilitate for the AMR research field in general (=D5.4)
As I will point out in my talk, this deliverable will give us the chance to invest in the improvement of existing d&c for future research.

4. Ad 1: To achieve a broad exposure of the survey:
The target group: researchers, institutes, and networks in the AMR research community
We will send out / draw attention to the survey through:
Online: website JPIAMR
Request to all MB members: disseminate in your country via website / news letter / AMR expert groups
Request to all countries who participated in JPIAMR calls: disseminate to PI’s in JPIAMR funded projects > + oblige to respond to survey
Request to the 9 call secretariats: draw the attention of the coordinators of the research consortia (to let PI’s respond to the survey)
