2 Water generated from the condensation of HVAC units from Bay Hall, Island Hall, Dugan Wellness Center, Harte Research Institute, and Michael and Karen OConnor buildings Condensation Reclamation

3 Rainwater Reclamation Two 3500 gallons water storage tanks located at the parking garage Collects rainwater from parking garage Feeds the irrigation for parking garage and all around Seahorse Parking lot

4 Wind Turbines Island Campus Three 20kW generators and One 4kW generators installed near the Central Plant The Momentum Campus Three 4kW generators The Flour Bluff Innovation Center Four 4kW generators installed The installed capacity of the generators will produce an estimated 217,945 kWh of electricity for renewable energy annually.

5 Hike & Bike Trail The trail was designed to be enjoyed by both fitness enthusiasts and nature explorers. The lighted trail is an excellent location to walk, bike, rollerblade or jog while taking in the splendor of Ward Island. The trail is for everyone, including our wildlife.

6 Enhance freshwater vegetation around drain Re-contour drainage slopes and re- vegetate for stabilization and habitat diversity Freshwater Habitats

7 Provide interpretive information on what has inhabited the island Island History Preservation
