2. Teaching Philosophy
I didn’t plan to become a teacher. It happened by chance. But I really liked it and now I’ve been a teacher for more than 14 years. I teach because I like to see how students enter the classroom uncertain and ignorant on the first day at school, and eventually they develop and get new knowledge day by day. Helping them makes me feel proud. Students learn through practice, interaction and guidance. I prefer to have a friendly atmosphere in my classroom. We should respect each other.

3. Students are motivated through good behaviour, good grades, games, parties and interactive teaching methods. They really like new interactive computer-based technologies. The important thing is to make them understand English is important for their future lives.
The primary goal I have set for my students is to make them realise the necessity to learn and develop new abilities.

4. Parents should take part in the education of their children
Parents should take part in the education of their children. They should be interested in their children’s development and encourage them to study.
I like my job and I have no intention of leaving it. I am sure I can do more to become the best teacher I can be. I want to take part in different workshops and courses to gain new competences.
I can do my best provided that my students are caring, respectful and willing to know.

5. In conclusion, I would say that to be a teacher is not simply to teach
In conclusion, I would say that to be a teacher is not simply to teach. You must be there for your students 24/7. You must read them stories. You must sing with them. You must laugh and love with them. You must comfort crying students . You must grade assignment as the clock nears 8 p.m. You must take students to the nurse, listen patiently to their problems and concerns. And do so much more. And these are the roles a teacher must assume on a daily basis.
