A Peek at the Week
Writing/Grammar:
We are learning about compound words.
We are writing an essay to help save our turkey from becoming Thanksgiving dinner.
Reading:
-We are reading biographies and learning how they are organized.
Science:
- We are starting a unit on changing environments
Math:
-We are learning about the properties of multiplication.
Spelling:
- Week 11 words- (Notice that I am switching to words from the Rebecca Sitton program that our school has used before. I believe these words will be more useful for the students in their writing).
Social Studies:
-Studies Weekly week 7 “Women’s Rights” and week 8 “ U.S Landforms.”
