Recognition and Communication Committee
Our Goal: To recognize teachers and staff for their continuous efforts to enhance and facilitate student learning. To improve upon communication and teacher input, principal and admin concerns, and the overall school climate. Strategies and Resources Work with sunshine committee for monthly teacher incentives and spirit days Team leaders share individual accomplishments with admin for the Extra Mile Award. This award is given at our monthly faculty meetings. Wall of Thanks Bulletin Board Teacher Spotlight on the Morning Announcements

Improving communication
Goal: To accurately provide and disseminate information to maintain an effective communication cycle between staff and administration. Use of one drive to share information across teams, grade levels, and departments Suggestion box Use of Survey monkey to drive committee initiatives and continued improvements More visibility of administration School wide communication flow charts
