Share folders versus individual files. It makes management and adding/removing permissions simpler.
Sharing Permission are inherited by the folder (cascade into the folder structure).

Any document moved into or created in a given folder is shared with everyone who is included at that specific folder level.
If you move a document to another folder, the permissions change.
