• Manuel to investigate in details procedures for getting license for 24Hrs (Massimo to send available information)
• Manuel to check whether estimation of fees for participation includes insurance and if it's VAT included
• Peter Krol to investigate whether VAT can be recovered (also valid for other activities)

A. Participation fees: 20 Euro members, 30 Euro non members to finance rally car plate and some refreshment.

8. Enlargement of ACE membership
NATO: Mr. Rudy Peeters is in charge of local recreational activities and has confirmed he will dispatch our presentation. Thanks to Jean-Luc Colle for providing the contact.
EC: Mr Pierre Godin, Président du GCL Groupement des Cercles de Loisirs has initiated the procedures for inviting EC officials to join
