When? Presentation pictures must be ed to your teacher by October 26th You will present during the maths classes, on October 26th and on October 30th

Present your City Your presentation should answer all of these questions... Where would you like to live? Give an introduction to the place. Where would you like to live in the future? Explain the details of this city, Where is it? How big is it? What type of people live there? Which important monuments are in this city? Why would you like to live there? What is most special about this city?

Don’t Forget Pictures! This is an oral presentation so you must use words to tell your story. But, you must also use pictures! Include 3 or more pictures in your story and describe them during your presentation.

Where I would like to live: New Orleans, La.
General Info About New Orleans New Orleans is located in Louisiana which is a state in the southern part of the United States. It is one of America´s oldest cities and is the biggest city in the state of Louisiana. New Orleans is famous for its history and for its present day atmosphere. In this picture we see the typical transport of New Orleans, which is called the street car. It is going down one of the most famous streets in New Orleans, called ¨St. Charles Avenue.¨

How will you be graded? The student turns in pictures to teacher on time. The student uses correct grammar and picture describing vocabulary. The student is prepared for presentation and has obviously practiced in advance. The student speaks for the appropriate amount of time. The student has normal body language and speaks in a natural voice. The student reacts appropriately to comments from classmates (interesting idea! I see what you mean, but have you thought about...) The student compares and contrasts pictures and uses them appropriately as a visual aid in presentation. The student includes at least 3 pictures in their presentation and describes them with diverse vocabulary.
