2. What is prayer? Prayer is to worship God.
Muslims pray five times a day and they have a special day that they go to the Mosque to pray, Friday.
Prayer is about asking God for something and being a better person.

3. When do Muslims pray?
They pray five times a day at sunrise and throughout the day and when the sun goes down. When people go to the Mosque they wear white clothes so if some people are poor they will look rich.

4. How do Muslims pray ?
Boys wear hats and Girls wear scarves because they have to keep their heads covered. Some women pray at home but not all the time and the men go to the Mosque.

5. What do Muslims do to prepare for prayer?
Muslims wash before praying first they wash their face three times. They wash both arms up to the elbows. Then you wash your nose and your beard if you have one, then you wash your leg up to the knee.

6. Movements
First you stand up and put your hands on your head. Then you bend down and put your hands on your knees and then you stand up again. Then bend down again and put your hands on your knees, then you turn right and stand up again.

7. Why do Muslims pray?
Muslims pray together for the community. They pray to say thank you to God. Their god is Allah. They pray for all Muslims everywhere.
