Dictatorship
A king or Queen rules the country. They are called a monarch. They come through power because of their family line, usually they are the oldest. In historical times , the monarch had all the power and the final say. Now they share power (or have none) and are subject to the countries constitution.
One leader has absolute control over citizens. If there are other parts to the government, they do what the dictator wants them to.
