2 Figure 1 One-year follow-up. (a) One-year follow-up nuclear GFR testing in all patients. The data were divided by patients who initially required dialysis and those who did not. Each data point represents an individual patient, with the horizontal line representing the mean value for the group. Although the mean values of both groups were normal, and there were no significant differences between the two groups, one child in each group had a GFR below 90 ml/min per 1.73 m2. (b) One-year urinary microalbumin to creatinine measurements in the same groups. The mean value was significantly increased in the group that received dialysis compared with the no dialysis group, with two children exhibiting macroalbuminuria. GFR, glomerular filtration rate.
