COACHING: Associates are there because they are wanting to learn! So, Julie makes sure she provides the best and most up to date training by taking advantage of all of Summit’s training materials and also by providing effective coaching to her associates. This helps everyone feel confident and happy about what they are doing each day.
SCRIPT GUIDE: The newer generations aren’t necessarily up to par with salon social verbiage and techniques. So, by using the social script guide, this can really help make sure every associate is using the right features and feeling equipped enough to jump in when it comes time to posting online. Because, nobody likes to feel left out!
COLLABORATE: We can all probably agree that Together Everyone Achieves More, right? That’s why when you involve your associates in on projects or contest and have them help with it, everybody wins!
