Assessment SOP developed an Audit Process
Options to access portfolios either direct through Digication: Access current portfolio Access submitted “point in time” portfolio Or via Blinded Assessment link: Request from Digication Enroll graders into the Assessment page Rubrics and reporting function available

Use of Blackboard to Manage Cohorts
Create course by cohort Add / bulk add users “Submit your Portfolio” link that launches Digication Permanent links to Advisor match list and Assignment Easy to copy into next year Reports to see which users submitted
