Agenda Welcome and introductions The Cost of Network Outages
What is Entuity Network Analytics (ENA)? ENA for the Enterprise Q & A Summary
3
Welcome & Introductions
4
Network Outages = Lost revenue & productivity
Network Outages are Expensive $5600 per minute $300,000 per hour Gartner Analyst Andrew Lerner Per year costs of just five minutes downtime every month ~ $1 million for midsize firms $60 million a year for large enterprises. IHS reports These numbers can help you set the stage on how outages really do affect the bottom line and they add up quickly. Using ENA, IT teams get more visibility to proactively manage the network delivering faster insight for faster resolution.
5
How to support your business goals & remain operationally efficient
Provide reliable performance for all digital services (VoIP, ecommerce, CRM, video conferencing…) Find problems fast, resolve problems faster Eliminate manual processes so IT teams are more efficient IT agility is critical to add more and more digital services that support your end-users Always-on business applications/services require always- connected 24/7 mobile management Interoperability with other 3rd party products

Digital Workplace Ready
Configurable UI/Dynamic Dashboards Easily tailor to individual user groups, branch offices Offer different UI/Dashboards for different services, audiences Mobile management option—can fully manage as if on a desktop, anytime, anywhere on portable devices Supports Multi-cloud environments Management/Monitoring Techniques—NBAR, NetFlow, Cisco ACI Easy to scale to accommodate holistic growth or acquisitions What value ENA brings to prospects--- Today’s IT organizations need to understand how the network supports applications and services that sustain a business. These complex workflows, for example VoIP, has to be expertly monitored 24/7 to proactively find issues and quickly escalate the issue for fast resolution. ENA excels in capturing data, alerting when necessary and providing analytics for predictive trends.. In the case of VoIP, if a company is adding more employees how much more bandwidth capacity is needed to keep voice communications at land line performance levels? What if all this can be shown in an easy to understand dashboard? Multiple audiences can identify where adjustments need to be made and VoIP service does not experience poor performance. It keeps the end-user digital workplace experience at high levels. ENA is designed to handle varied and large amounts of data. Especially where businesses now rely on digital services --- e-commerce, CRM, VoIP as we mentioned, and more; the ability to interpret the data to predict trends, weed out the unnecessary data and highlight critical data all needs to be addressed quickly and accurately. And the new dashboards are the conduit in taking the analytics and making them useable to IT organizations. Multi-cloud offerings allow for customization. New management techniques add more ways to ensure that performance is where it is supposed to be—high! And ENA is very easy to scale up accommodating more devices or even company acquisitions.
10
Supply your management with reports they want to see
Standard Report Templates can be scheduled or run ad-hoc: CIO Report Capacity Management Trends Services Performance Customized reports
11
Customize the Entire End-user Experience
Dynamic Dashboards are fully customizable, including reports, maps, etc. in a single pane of glass Granular role-based access control allows various audiences to see appropriate dashboards and reports
12
Dynamic Topology Maps Real-time network topology status offers comprehensive visibility Allows insight into individual devices and ports Color coded device and link alarming for instant visibility
13
Flow and NBAR Monitoring and Analysis
Correlate SNMP and flow data in single pane of glass NetFlow and sFlow analysis (top talkers, ports, etc.) NBAR improves the performance of business-critical applications (uses less overhead than flow) Blacklist unnecessary or undesirable application traffic
14
Cloud Support Support for AWS and Azure. Select provider that best meets your cloud requirements. Manage public, private and hybrid clouds in a single pane of glass ENA offers a multi-cloud strategy through the addition of Amazon Web Services or AWS and Microsoft’s Azure. When IT managers configure their networks they can take advantage of using the cloud provider that best meets their needs and budget. Multi-cloud environments are becoming the norm and ENA delivers the ability to manage public, private and hybrid clouds in a single pane of glass for efficient management. Prospects will look for a forward thinking nms vendor and product that can offer management of a multi-cloud ecosystem, especially as they look to the future to manage even more digital applications.
15
Cisco ACI Support Support for Cisco ACI controller (APIC) extends management dimension beyond SNMP to include: tenants, pods, application profiles, endpoint groups The continued evolution of the network with its emerging technologies, requires a management product that can keep up with new devices and new performance management techniques. ENA has added support for Cisco ACI that monitors APIC and Nexus products extending management dimension for tenants, pods, application profiles, endpoint groups. ACI can support a multi-tenant deployment where different departments or companies can share the same network without there being any connectivity between them. Each tenant can have different policies covering how the network is configured on their behalf even though they are using the same network hardware as the other tenants. This is very important for MSPs and for large enterprises managing by division or by location. Entuity Network Analytics continually adds support for emerging technologies so IT organizations can leverage all their infrastructure to the max reducing outages and increasing device and services availability. All this of course is designed to help meet the changing goals of a business.
16
Service Management -- A logical way to support your end-users
Manage Branch Services Manage Ecommerce, Video Conferencing, VoIP, etc. CIO reports provide a high level overview of network health by service or location

NOC in your pocket ENA is 100% mobile-responsive, it adapts to any screen size Network managers receive the full power of ENA’s desktop version when troubleshooting issues while on the move—anywhere, anytime using smartphones, tablets or laptops We are excited to announce that ENA is 100% mobile-responsive. This means a network manager can manage the network from any device—tablet, smartphone, laptop with full capability to make changes--- as if they were in their NOC using their desktop. This “NOC in your Pocket” gives IT managers the flexibility to stay connected, able to make adjustments anytime, anywhere. It automatically adapts to any screen size for the best viewing possible. The NOC in your Pocket ensures that services can always be monitored and end-user productivity will not suffer because there is no one in the NOC for a period of time. ENA keeps businesses on track 24/7 so costly outages do not decrease revenues.
