Form a group of 3-4 people and work through these questions. Ask each other, do you feel prepared to complete this part of the doctoral journey (the courses, TCP, advancement to candidacy)? Has any specific assignment, course and/or person had a big impact on you and how? How ready are you to finalize the Portfolio and write the Analytical Report? 10 minutes

You will need to have the following required sections in your portfolio: Personal Personal Vision Statement, Current Vita/Resume OPTIONAL: Letters of Recommendations ( your cohort mentor is going to grade the portfolio) Part I – Transformational Leadership Development Plan Updated in EDOL 780

Part II Transformational Change Project This section will include artifacts associated with your Transformational Change Project. Journal In the “Journal” section you will include all journals completed as part of your coursework. You can also include other pieces of work that demonstrate your ability to be a reflective practitioner and/or personal reflections you have created during your program. Artifacts must be organized logically according to the Part they support in the Executive Summary/Analytical report (Parts I-V) and must be labelled clearly.

Portfolio Requirements (cont.)
Students must include a copy of your APPROVED Dissertation Prospectus under the “Dissertation Prospectus” section, You may include other artifacts that support your Advancement to Candidacy in the “Optional Artifacts” section and have a Portfolio that is organized and reflective of doctoral level work. Your portfolio will be scored by your Cohort Mentor. Prompting Questions and list of required artifacts is on Digital Commons for Jan 2019 Immersion

Is there a list of artifacts I need to upload to my portfolio? Yes Can I change the format of my livetext page? Can I change the order of sections to be presented in my portfolio? No Can I add new sections? Yes, it is fine for students to add artifacts to the “Optional” Section. You can re- name that section if you want to. Can I skip uploading some of the required artifacts? No, you must provide required artifacts. To not do so will impact your score.

Part I: Reflect back on what you have learned throughout the TCP process. What model of change emerged? On a piece of paper draft a Model of Change based on theory and your knowledge/experience. Part II: Share and explain your model with a shoulder partner. What similarities and differences emerged?

Purpose Present your knowledge and ability to serve as an Agent of Change in a scholarly manner Engage in scholarly dialogue Learn best practices from others Network with those in the field

The Poster Abstract Purpose
The abstract briefly states the transformational change and purpose of project and its context. Project Goals & Strategies The abstract identifies strategic goals and strategies that were at the core of the TCP effort. Results The abstract includes an explanation of what was accomplished. Conclusions & Recommendations The abstract interprets the results of the TCP effort and gives relevant clearly stated recommendations for future efforts.

Printed Abstracts – 350 word limit Posters provide further detail of each abstract section: Purpose (Context for Change; TCP Vision Statement) Strategic Goals & Strategies (A list of prioritized issues or results of SWOT exercise are appropriate) Results (Share actual outcomes for each strategic goal. Use of tables or charts are recommended) Conclusions & Recommendations (bullet format) Include the Change Model you developed One additional piece of supplementary display material minimum.
