“t” symbolized /t/ Worked Tripped Watched Washed Kissed Fixed Regular verbs ending in the sound of D or T “ed” symbolized /Id/ Wanted Ended Regular verbs ending in any other sound but the ones described before. “d” symbolized /d/ Lived Learn Answered Pulled Enjoyed Remember that many verbs end with a letter “e” but this is silent L.R.I.
