3 Background Focus on Mfuleni community, Poor
Mfuleni is a small township in development stage Poor community and High unemployment rate. Have managed to visit Mfuleni to obtain requirements. heart of Cape Town with about members. It’s a mixed community with black and coloured members. Unemployment and crime are common problems in this poor township

4 Problem Statement The Mfuleni community need awareness of their neighbourhoods. Crime keep increasing and no action is being taken. Drug and alcohol substance abuse are on the rise. There’s also no track of reports or statistics, so no measurement can be taken to indicate if crime activities are getting lower. Need some display of any statistics of activities occurred in the past. A number of crime activities are occurring in the Mfuleni area.

5 Proposed Solution The report will be saved in a database
The crime description can either be text or a voice recording. They need a description and location of crime activity to complete a report. Create a reporting tool The solution to these problems is to which allow the Mfuleni community members to report a crime activity in real-time. where an admin with authorized rights will have access to the database and respond to users. the tool.
