In the year 1956, Zip Industries Ltd., started the first zipper plant in India at Chengalpattu, 50kms away from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
We are part of the Jhaver Group of companies, an innovative corporate conglomerate with more than a century old legacy with excellent track record. Having a turn over of over INR 1000 crs
Diverse businesses of the group company include Pharmaceuticals, Agro Chemicals, Pesticides, Technical Textiles, Zip fasteners and Software services.
The group employs over 7,500 professionals across various disciplines.

4. About Us
Zee Zippers has got a vertically integrated manufacturing processes consisting of knitting, weaving, forming, sewing, injection molding, die casting, dyeing, painting, plating, auto assembly & precision tooling. The entire process is at a single location with strict quality control measures.
We supply to over 150+brands and over 400 customer
The product range is one of the USP's of ZEE Zippers – entire range of zippers from this single source viz. Nylon zippers (both L-type and C-type), Concealed / Invisible, Molded / Plastic, Metal in different styles - closed, open end, combined with wide range of pullers and sliders. We also has the flexibility to offer zippers with plastic and ultra-sonic stoppers for baby safe applications / requirements.

The Manufacturing process has not only ISO 9001:2008 .Our products are Oeko-Tex Class 100 product class -1 and Reach complaint. Our products meets/exceed the applicable industry standards requirements of BS3084 and Astm standards. Our products have been tested by ITS Bureau Verities, SGS, TNO and many other independent test houses.
