6. Dropping off Stockton Monday 20th May Appleton Wednesday 22nd May
The pupils must be dropped off on Broomfield’s Road or at the front of Upper Site 8.40am at the latest.
Pupils must make their way into the Sports Hall of Broomfields Leisure Centre. Please do not use the road leading directly to the Leisure Centre.
Please drop off and leave to avoid congestion

7. Dining Packed lunch needed for first day
Breakfast, lunch and dinner provided by the Centre
Healthy Options
Food allergies and special dietary needs are catered for BUT WE MUST KNOW ABOUT THEM VIA THE MEDICAL/CONSENT FORMS

8. Sleeping…. Dorms of varying sizes Single beds with pillows and duvets
Shower and toilet facilities on each floor
Boys and girls separate
Dormitories will be locked during the day
Alarmed entry/exit points
Duty staff

9. LUGGAGE…..
Only a little needed!

10. Packing
Need rucksack for the journey (pencil case, lunch, booklet, waterproofs, travel sickness)
Only 1 suitcase/holdall
Older clothes for messy activities
Sun cream and/or hat
Raincoat
A towel (Shower,wash items)
No aerosol items
Water bottle
No heels
No expensive/electrical items – mobile phones are strictly forbidden

11. Emergencies Pupils will receive safety briefing at Conway
Group leaders tour around the building
Medication

12. MOBILES …..
None needed!

13. Emergency Contact Pupils are not permitted to make calls
Pupils should not take mobile phones on this trip
Staff will contact home if the need arises

14. Insurance
No responsibility can be taken for items unless they have been handed in to staff.
Insurance policy is held by the finance manager and can be viewed in school
There is an excess to be paid for any claims made
The visit is covered by the school’s insurance policy and the Conway Centre’s policy whilst we are there.

15. Spending Money
Only a little needed!

16. Collection Appleton: Wednesday 22nd May - Broomfields Road
Stockton: Friday 24th May – Broomfields Road
Both at 3pm
Please do not park on Broomfields Road as the coaches will have difficulty unloading.
Make clear arrangements with your child about how they are getting home.

17. Final Reminders Payment was due by the end of March
Consent forms need to be in as soon as possible (please see list on board of outstanding forms)
ALL medical information needs to be on consent forms
