Fig. 2 In 53 heparin-resistant patients the administration of AT concentrate (500 U in 45 patients and 1000 U in 8 patients) caused prolongation of the mean kaolin ACT from 492 to 798 seconds. This was associated with an increase in the slope of the HDRR value from 36.5 to 69.3 s·–1·mL–1.
