6. Name Setup – Case Access
Connections tab on Name Record
Connect other Name Record, which is present on cases, as Parent Connection
Edit entry to specify which Name Type the connected name is set on the cases
(Optional) Configure specific Case Type.
Check the “Access to PCP” box

Users has to be assigned to a role in order to login
Setup is done from Liferay Admin Control Panel

Recommended to setup Default User Association role to automatically assign new users to a role
Preferably one role per user to avoid misconfiguration
Roles can be created to suit your needs

Pages are by default only accessible to the creator
Provide page access using role setup
The only permission needed to assign is the View
If a user has view access to the page, they by default has access to anything on the page

Admin portlets control the way that the User portlets behave

There is not a one-to-one correspondence between User portlets and Admin portlets

Portlets are added to pages using either drag-and-drop or Add button
Add button will always place portlet at the top of the page
Drag-and-drop allows you to place the portlet at a suitable location on the page
Using drag-and-drop, portlets can be arranged once they are placed on a page
