An interactive simulation of events, strategies, positions, and attitudes played out by key stakeholders in the context of a realistic and plausible environmental scenario.
Dynamic format allows for low or high tech approach.
Derived from classical wargaming techniques, environmental gaming addresses the strong interactivity among environmental forces, often revealing critical uncertainties and possible “wildcards,” or surprises.
It is ultimately a tool for understanding perceptions about potential future scenarios.
