Nominations remained open until immediately before the elections 9 voting members were present in the meeting during which elections were held. (Some members came in for the election, but then left to attend other groups due to other activities.) (The Chairs of the other wireless WGs and TAG were not present, presumably due to their other duties) Both the incumbent Chair and Vice-chair were re-elected/affirmed by acclamation/unanimous consent. Informative: Study group attendance was 24. Very productive discussions occurred. The group wishes (unanimous consent) to be extended so it can continue discussions towards the development of a PAR and 5 Criteria, both by correspondence and at the May 2004 interim meeting, with the expectation that a PAR and 5 Criteria may be agreed at the May interim meeting and submitted to the EC at the July plenary.
