Objective:: Students will be able to identify relevant information from our sources and compose research note cards. Agenda A.) Do Now: Answer one of the questions. B.) Discuss/Share: Turn and talk with your table mates. Share with your table captains. Captains will share with the class. C.) Mini-Lesson: Review the two examples of research note cards. Students can choose either example as a template. C.) Work Period: Work on creating 20 research note cards (due this Thursday, May 23rd). D.) Reflections: On a scale of 1-10 (1=least understanding; 10=complete understanding), how do you rate your understanding of the research note cards? Are you satisfied with your completed work? What did you learn today that you can apply in the future?
