1. SUPPORT WORKER SUPPORT WORKERS
Caritas Diocese of Salford is an established leading provider of high quality social care for children, families and vulnerable adults. The charity encompasses the work of Catholic Children’s Rescue Society and Catholic Welfare Societies.
CDS is looking to recruit to the following positions:
SUPPORT WORKER
Part Time – 18.5 hours per week
SCP14-16 £15,725 - £16,440 (pro rata)
Plus sleep-in allowance payable
BASED IN BLACKBURN
You will work as a member of the team providing support and practical assistance to young vulnerable women and their children on a 7 day rota basis. You will need to have a sound knowledge of the effects of homelessness and teenage pregnancy, ideally have experience of residential work and be aware of the network and support systems in the locality.
SUPPORT WORKERS
Full Time and Part time – 37 and 18.5 hours per week
SCP14-16 £15,725 - £16,440 (pro rata)
Plus sleep-in allowance payable
Twelve month Fixed Term Contract
BASED IN BOLTON
You will work as a member of the team providing support and practical assistance to vulnerable adults and their children on a 7 day rota basis. You will ideally need to have experience of residential work, be able to carry out initial assessments and establish support plans.
Please note that due to the nature of our work all successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
