What do we know? We have a common mission We are the system responding to the employment needs of job seekers who have disabilities, specifically Beneficiaries There are more Beneficiaries than any one agency can support There are companies who want to diversify their workforce 13
14
How Can We Partner using TTW? Between an EN and State VR Between two ENs Between an EN and a Non-EN agency Between an EN and an Employer Between an EN and a school 14
15
Between an EN & State VR 1. VR provides services followed by the EN assigning the Ticket providing follow along services 2. EN accepts Ticket while a person is on VR waiting list 3. VR refers clients to EN after case closure 15
16
Between two ENs One EN provides job development and job placement and then unassigns the Ticket opening the door for the other EN to accept the ticket for follow along services. 16
17
Between EN & Non-EN agency One agency who is an EN accepts the Ticket and develops an agreement with another agency who is not an EN. Together they provide a full spectrum of services, sharing the EN payments according to an percentage agreed upon in a service agreement. 17
18
Between an EN and an Employer An EN works with an interested employer who wants diverse workforce. The EN provides training for specific jobs of the employer providing an recruitment pool. The employer hires skilled trainees & mentor. The EN provides follow along supports. The EN shares EN payments with employer as agreed upon in contract. 18
19
Between an EN & a school The school provides work experience / transition employment program. The EN becomes involved at or prior to age 18 and assigns Ticket. Together determine a plan compliments each other services for client. Agreement lists terms of sharing EN payments. 19
