A northern hub is a critical piece in the Delivery Model that was submitted
We are investigating operating the connection between the 2 primary hubs of the network: North in Wausau and South in Madison
Funding from statewide sources is desired to implement this portion of the PLSR model: Trucks, staff, equipment, etc.
