In chronic cases, long-leg radiographs are recommended to evaluate alignment.
In chronic cases, long-leg radiographs are recommended to evaluate alignment. Patients with chronic PLC injuries and varus malalignment should be treated with an osteotomy to correct mal-alignment prior to PLC reconstruction.
