For delegates of Contracting Parties: as usual, tax free petrol coupons are available
Please fill in the details requested and return them to the secretariat
A copy of the Passport and the Car Registration papers are needed for this purpose

The next (80th) session will be held on January 2020
Proper session starting on Wednesday 15 January, 2.30 pm
The deadline for the submission of official working documents is 21 October 2019
Room availability severly constrained: Starting in October 2019 (until 2022 aprox.), the Palais will lose 40 per cent of its meeting space capacity
To IWG Chairs: Please request your participants to register to GRPE even if they only attend IWGs
