We Are “Cast Down” Sheep
Psalm 42:11 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. We often fall in sin and become frustrated and helpless.

Jesus Christ’s Compassion
Hebrews 12:5-6 5And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: 6For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. Jesus Christ has the depth of compassion and the depth of His understanding to come quietly, gently, reassuringly to restore one of His own.
